Table: A cinematic website template for restaurants

Most restaurant templates are a hero photo, a menu PDF and a map. Table is built to make people hungry before they've read a word, and comes with an easy editor to change every dish, price and hour without code.

One-time purchase · Unlimited sites for you or your clients

What's inside

Every page, considered.

01

A home page that makes people hungry

Your name cut out of the dark with the fire behind it, big words rolling past full-screen photos, plates arriving around a favorites card, the room revealed by candlelight and a Reserved card that stands up on the table.

02

A menu you can actually keep current

Sections, dotted lines to the price, dietary marks with a key and a section bar that follows you down the page. Add a dish or change a price in the editor.

03

The story behind the fire

A timeline down an ember line that fills as visitors read, plus the farms and producers you buy from.

04

Everything a visitor needs

Address, directions and phone, the hours on a letter board, getting-here notes and private events, all on one Visit page.

05

Reservations your way

A paper reservation ticket that links to whichever booking service you use, or calls you if you take bookings by phone, with an events inquiry form that lands in your inbox.

06

An editor for everything

Change the menu, prices, hours, pages and photos in a built-in admin. No database and no monthly fees.

Good to know

Before you buy.

  • Setting it up the first time means running a couple of commands, or having a developer do it. After that, editing is all point-and-click.
  • Editing on the live site uses a free GitHub account for each person who edits.
  • Paste the link to your page on your reservations service and every "Book a table" button goes there. No booking service? Leave it empty and the buttons call you instead.
  • The events form works out of the box; add a free Formspree ID and inquiries land straight in your inbox.
  • Demo photos come from Unsplash and aren't included. Your own photos go in their place.

Rather have it done for you?

We'll set Table up with your photos, menu, hours and domain, connect the editor, your booking link and the events form, and hand you a finished site in about a week. You keep full control and can update it yourself anytime.

Questions

Before you ask.

To change dishes, prices, hours, words and photos, no: that's what the editor is for. Installing it and putting it online the first time takes a few commands, which the README walks through, or we can do it for you.
